Maintenance Services
With Opera, Pegasus operate a policy of ensuring that all users are on the latest version of the software (through it’s ALF), in the first year this is compulsory, it is highly recommended in subsequent years.
Customised Training
As part of our ongoing services to customers we provide standard system training on all the Pegasus software products. Course choices can be as per the standard comprehensive ‘module by module’ training, or can be customised to address specific areas.
Consultancy Services
Besides standard product training, we also provide consultancy services. With over 25 years experience implementing systems, we can ensure you get the right start. We can help you reorganise your existing system to ensure you get the reporting and analysis you need.
