This utility can be used to control access to ‘Blocker’ compliant applications, e.g. Pegasus Opera for Windows, Pegasus Opera II, Micropay Professional, WorkTime HR etc.
It is especially good where you are trying to prevent compliant 3rd party applications/utilities from connecting with the Opera data during backup or other exclusive processes.
